Zanzibar Hotels

Zanzibar Excursions

Stone Town has numerous tour operators, a selection of the more reputable ones and the tours they offer are listed below. Individual hotels also offer a variety of tours and excursions. These are listed on the hotel’s dedicated pages. Bear in mind that bookings made through operators and hotels may mean you get less for your money than you would if arranging these excursions independently. However, what you lose in value you definitely gain in facility. Arranging public transport or transfers, entrance costs and gear or boat hire can be a very arduous task, especially if you have no Kiswahili. Many travellers wish to avoid this hassle during a break on Zanzibar.

Excursions and tours cost up from USD 10 per person and as much as USD 200 per person for private trips.
